Ascension Day Service

Dear Friends
May 26th is Ascension Day and, as we have over the last few years, we are going to be having a Deanery Ascension Day service at 7.30pm at St Mary of Nazareth West Wickham to which you are all cordially invited. It will be lovely to see you there. It is always a great joy to have the opportunity to worship together.
Warmest wishes and every blessing

‘Sing for Stephen’ Service Saturday
If you enjoy choral and organ music, come join our 38 choristers from 18 choirs for our service tomorrow; Saturday 21st May at 4pm, as we celebrate through music, prayers and readings the life of Stephen Harrow, our former assistant Director of Music. Works include Elgar’s ‘Ave Maria‘ and the two-choir anthem sung at the Queen coronation ‘I was Glad’ by Parry. Everyone is welcome.
There will be a retiring collection for the UNICEF/Ukraine Appeal. If are unable to join us in person, you can join the service online via this link https://youtu.be/CqODb2aNLlk and donate online to the UNICEF/Ukraine Appeal.

Deanery Pilgrimage 2022 Saturday 11th June

Some of you may simply want to be present in your church when the group arrives, some of you may
decide to do a couple of legs at different times of the day, some of you may want to walk the whole
route. (We will provide public transport alternatives for at least some legs, so that you could visit all
or many of the churches without necessarily walking the entire route!)
