Remember its Take time for God tomorrow morning from 8am.
The Church will be open for you to take the time out to pray for those things that are important to you.

If you would like to create a display or support the Festival in other ways, you are invited to attend a meeting in the Tamberlin Room at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 30th April. The theme of the Festival is “For the Beauty of the Earth – Flowers and Food of the World” and will support the Food Bank and fund raising for the essential repair of the Spire.

As part of the Maundy Thursday service the church has been stripped ready for good Friday, the day Jesus dies on the cross for us.
Good Friday means we have a lot going on at St Johns. Here are the service times
9am Morning Prayer
10-11am Children’s Liturgy
1-1.50pm Stations of the Cross
2-3.00pm Liturgy of the Passion
Followed by Hot Cross Buns in the Vicarage

What is Maundy Thursday?
Maundy Thursday is the day we remember Jesus sharing the Last Supper with his disciples before his death. Jesus washed the disciples’ feet. We will be recreating this act tonight.
